About Us
Hibiscus Consulting is a US-based marketing agency that builds websites for home service businesses (landscapers, roofers, pressure washers, pest control, etc.). We’re growing fast and need a driven SDR to fill our sales pipeline with qualified meetings.
What You’ll Do
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to US business owners
- Follow proven scripts and talk tracks
- Handle objections and build rapport quickly
- Book 4-6 qualified sales meetings per week
- Log all activity in our CRM
- Hit daily and weekly activity targets
- Continuously improve based on feedback
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English (clear, confident, minimal accent)
- Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Positive attitude, coachable, and resilient
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Available during US business hours (8am-5pm EST)
Nice to Have
- Experience calling US-based businesses
- Call center or BPO background
- Experience with CRM tools (Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Sales closer experience
Compensation
- $6-8/hr USD (based on experience)
- $10 bonus per qualified meeting booked
- Weekly performance bonuses for top performers
- Paid via Wise (bi-weekly or monthly)
- Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Location
Remote – Colombia or Costa Rica preferred (must be available during US EST hours)
