About Us

Hibiscus Consulting is a US-based marketing agency that builds websites for home service businesses (landscapers, roofers, pressure washers, pest control, etc.). We’re growing fast and need a driven SDR to fill our sales pipeline with qualified meetings.

What You’ll Do

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to US business owners
  • Follow proven scripts and talk tracks
  • Handle objections and build rapport quickly
  • Book 4-6 qualified sales meetings per week
  • Log all activity in our CRM
  • Hit daily and weekly activity targets
  • Continuously improve based on feedback

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English (clear, confident, minimal accent)
  • Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience
  • Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
  • Positive attitude, coachable, and resilient
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Available during US business hours (8am-5pm EST)

Nice to Have

  • Experience calling US-based businesses
  • Call center or BPO background
  • Experience with CRM tools (Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Sales closer experience

Compensation

  • $6-8/hr USD (based on experience)
  • $10 bonus per qualified meeting booked
  • Weekly performance bonuses for top performers
  • Paid via Wise (bi-weekly or monthly)
  • Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Location

Remote – Colombia or Costa Rica preferred (must be available during US EST hours)
