about the aesthetic sales representative role:
- field-based, 1099 sales representative position with a focus on san francisco and surrounding markets
- responsible for launching the TINGE tint in the professional market with a focus on medical spas, plastic surgery, and dermatology practices
- develop new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships, and drive product knowledge and adoption amongst HCPs
- achieve and exceed sales targets within the territory consistently by managing the sales cycle and accelerating product adoption
- conduct product demonstrations, continually assess needs within accounts, and enhance both brand and product loyalty
- maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities
- communicate market feedback
- ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and expenses
you’re a dream candidate if:
- you have worked in the aesthetics space before, ideally in medical spas, plastic surgery, and dermatology
- proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving strong YOY growth
- you have exceptional communication skills to effectively manage and grow client relationships, and clearly convey brand and product messaging
- you have a serious love for our brand and will go the extra mile as we grow
- you are a self-starter and have a passion for all things skincare and beauty
- bachelor’s degree is preferred
