Transactional Associate – Corporate / Real Estate
Location: North Houston (Spring, TX) – 100% In-Office
Salary: Up to $300k + bonus & full benefits (DOE)

The Role:
You’ll join as a Transactional Associate supporting a busy corporate and real estate practice. Work will include:
- Commercial transactions and commercial real estate matters.
- Mergers & acquisitions and buy–sell agreements.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, NDAs and other commercial agreements.
- Entity formations, corporate governance and compliance work.
- Due diligence review and support on deals.
You’ll manage multiple projects at once in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, with plenty of mentorship but also genuine autonomy.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: Up to $300k (experience-dependent)

Ideal Candidate
- Licensed in Texas and in good standing
- 3+ years’ experience in corporate / commercial transactions, ideally including:
- Commercial real estate
- M&A / business sales and acquisitions
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Confident communicating directly with business clients
- Comfortable juggling multiple matters in a fast-paced practice
Bonus points for:
- 5+ years’ experience
- Background in construction law and/or tax
- Prior experience at a business-focused law firm
