Business Development Center Representative

Internet Car Buying Team

Maverick Motors is scaling fast and we are hiring driven Business Development Center Representatives to power our Car Buying operation.

This role is built for strong communicators who like winning, moving quickly, and getting paid for performance. You are the first voice vehicle sellers hear and the person who turns interest into booked appointments. If you like measurable results and clear targets, this role fits.

What You Will Do

  • Be the first point of contact for vehicle sellers
  • Connect with sellers by phone, email, and online inquiries
  • Clearly explain Maverick Motors’ selling process and next steps
  • Book at least 15 appointments per week for Field Buying Agents
  • Manage and maintain a live appointment calendar
  • Log and update all activity in the CRM
  • Work closely with the acquisitions team to maximize conversions

Compensation and Benefits
