Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and drive revenue growth. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, pitching products/services, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking

Pitch company products/services to prospective clients

Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions

Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline

Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams for smooth onboarding

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel

Experience in B2B sales is an advantage
