Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential and off-plan properties to local and international clients
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals in accordance with company policies
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales Coordination, Operations, Marketing) for smooth transactions
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company standards

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
  • Fluency in Russian
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and RERA guidelines is an advantage
