Job Description
EA (Telesales Representative)
Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers to promote course renewal options and drive conversion.
- Follow up with customers to understand their learning needs and offer suitable renewal solutions.
- Monitor students’ progress and use performance data to support renewal decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure a smooth, satisfying renewal experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets with a commission-focused mindset.
Working Hours:
- Sunday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
(Breaks: 2:45 – 3:00 PM | 5:00 – 6:00 PM)
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
(Break: 12:45 – 1:00 PM)
