Role Description

This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Call Center Agent based in Riyadh. The Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves effective communication, accurate data input into systems, and collaboration with the team to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Saudi citizen (only)
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic to advanced Computer Literacy for managing data entry and system navigation
  • Ability to handle calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Fluency in Arabic is required, in addition to an upper intermediate level in English
