Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Executive, based in Lagos. The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, explaining and promoting company products or services to potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role includes meeting sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction by providing tailored solutions for their needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-focused approach to establish and nurture client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and ideas
  • Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to address concerns and provide effective support
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and the ability to understand financial terms and processes
  • Strong Sales skills, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and software for communication and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
