• True, hands-on trial practice – not a back-room research role. You’ll be in the mix on strategy, client meetings, depositions and courtroom appearances from day one.

Role: Title: Commercial Litigation Associate (plaintiff-side focus, with exposure to complex civil and some criminal matters).

Experience: roughly 0–6 years’ post-qualification experience (big plus if you’ve clerked, handled hearings, drafted dispositive motions or taken depos).

Work:

o Draft pleadings, motions and appellate-level briefs in high-value commercial disputes.

o Handle discovery, depositions and evidentiary hearings with meaningful client contact.

o Support first-chair trial lawyers on complex, media-sensitive cases; opportunity to second-chair and grow into first-chair responsibility.

o Help shape case themes and trial strategy in a genuinely trial-driven practice.
