Job Description

Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: On Site in Tampa, FL

$18 Hourly Increased to $20-$21 Hourly after first 90 Days

Looking to HIRE RIGHT AWAY!

Shifts:

Monday- Friday: 9:00AM-5:30PM

Must Haves:

2+ Years of Customer Service experience preferably in a call center environment
Basic computer skills to enter shipping/tracking information
Customer Service experience
Organized, reliable, & meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking 2 Bilingual Customer Service representatives to support our call center environment. All calls will be regarding insurance policies, account information or filling a claim. In this position there is a lot of room for growth. Must Be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
