About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll manage the ordering, delivery, and invoicing of products and services for our customers in the pharmaceutical industry. You’ll work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders from start to finish – including purchasing, delivery tracking, and invoicing
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers and logistics providers
  • Work with internal teams to make sure customer needs are met
  • Support quality checks and report any issues with products or deliveries
  • Keep accurate records in the systems (e.g. MYOB ERP)
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery times and follow up when needed
  • Help monitor performance and report on delivery and order accuracy

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with logistics, purchasing, or order management
  • Good understanding of working with 3PL providers and suppliers
  • Comfortable using systems like MYOB, SAP, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail, strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with international logistics or pharmaceutical products is a bonus
  • Knowledge of GDP or GWP is a plus
