Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Execute brand and marketing initiatives across retail, digital, and on-ground channels
- Support product launches, go-to-market activations, and market rollouts
- Manage and coordinate branding assets, including packaging development, POS materials, and brand guidelines
- Work closely with agencies on creative development, digital campaigns, and promotional execution
- Plan and execute consumer engagement activities and in-market activations
- Track marketing performance, brand visibility, and consumer feedback
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing communication, and promotional trends
- Ensure consistent brand representation across modern trade, traditional trade, and e-commerce channels
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in FMCG marketing, with exposure to tangible consumer products
- Prior involvement in brand launches, product marketing, or trade marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of retail marketing execution and go-to-market fundamentals
- Experience working with modern trade environments is an advantage
- Strong coordination, communication, and execution capabilities
- Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and results-driven
