Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer & Recruiter located in Beirut. The Sales Trainer & Recruiter will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs, conducting recruitment processes, and developing strategies to enhance the skill set and performance of sales teams. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and conducting presentations, coaching and mentoring new recruits, coordinating training sessions, evaluating sales team performance, and fostering a culture of ongoing learning and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Presentation Skills and the ability to lead impactful Sales Training sessions.
  • Expertise in Training & Development with a focus on upskilling sales teams and driving performance improvements.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas, provide feedback, and manage team interactions.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service management to align training initiatives with exceptional client experiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in on-site environments, adapting to team dynamics and organizational needs.
  • Experience in recruitment processes and onboarding strategies is a plus.
  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prepare and updated agent’s files (codes, documents, contracts).
  • Track team performance, targets and achievements.
  • Monitor pending cases, follow up on delays, and update the management.
  • Acts as the link between sales agents, Unit Managers, Agency Leaders.Β
