Social Media Executive
Job Description
We’re Studio 7 Design & Advertising located at Bandra (West), Mumbai, a branding and creative agency that lives and breathes restaurants, cafés, bars, clubs, and all things hospitality. For 15+ years, we’ve been helping brands look good, sound right, and show up where it matters.
The Role
We’re looking for a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive in Mumbai who’s online without trying, understands trends before they peak, and knows how to make hospitality brands feel scroll-stopping and crave-worthy.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and run social media for restaurants, cafés, bars & lifestyle brands
- Create content ideas for posts, reels, stories & campaigns
- Write captions that sound human, not corporate
- Post, engage, reply to DMs, and build real communities
- Track trends, memes, audios & platform updates (yes, this is part of the job)
- Work closely with designers, photographers & the core creative team
- Help track performance and understand what’s actually working
What We’re Looking For
- You get Instagram, Reels, Stories & new formats
- Strong writing skills and a great sense of tone
- Love for food, nightlife, pop culture & digital trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Team player with ideas, opinions, and initiative
- Degree in marketing/communications is great, but your work matters more
- Agency or hospitality brand experience = bonus points
