What You Will Be Responsible For
You will own everything between a new inquiry and a signed client.
Lead Management
- Respond to incoming leads from email, WhatsApp, website, and LinkedIn
- Ask qualification questions (budget, timeline, scope, decision-maker)
- Book meetings for the founder only with qualified leads
Proposals & Quotations
- Prepare proposals and quotations using company templates
- Adjust scope and pricing based on client needs
- Send proposals and follow up until a decision is made
Contracts & Onboarding
- Send contracts and track signatures
- Follow up with clients for approvals and documents
- Collect brand assets, access, and onboarding information
- Coordinate handover to the account management team
Pipeline & Follow-Ups
- Track all leads and deals
- Maintain a list of hot, warm, and cold opportunities
- Ensure no deal is forgotten or left without follow-up
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with the founder, account managers, and finance team
- Ensure every closed deal is properly handed over and activated
Who We Are Looking For
You are:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable talking to clients about budgets and timelines
- Fast in communication (email, WhatsApp, calls)
- Confident, professional, and reliable
- Able to manage multiple leads and deadlines at the same time
Experience in:
- Digital marketing agencies
- Sales support, operations, or account coordination
- is a big plus.
Compensation
- Base salary: 12,000 β 15,000 EGP (based on experience)
- Commission: 5% of the first 3 monthsβ revenue of every new client you activate
- This means the better you qualify, follow up, and help close quality clients, the more you earn.
