Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Life Insurance Sales Executive. The responsibility of this role includes prospecting potential clients, building relationships, and conducting consultations to identify their insurance needs. The Life Insurance Sales Executive will develop tailored insurance solutions, close sales to achieve targets, and provide after-sales service. The role also requires staying updated with insurance products, market trends, and regulations. Maintaining records of sales activities and client interactions is an integral part of the daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Life Insurance sales and a strong understanding of life insurance products and policies
  • Experience with client relationship management, consultative selling, and lead generation
  • Knowledge of UAE insurance regulations, market trends, and industry practices (UAE experience is mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining client records and preparing sales reports
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
  • Prior experience in the UAE insurance industry is mandatory
  • Education background in Business, Finance, or related field would be advantageous
