Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and engage potential clients for doors and sanitary wares.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and follow-ups.
- Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns and social media promotions.
Requirements:
- Bsc in Marketing, Business Admin or related field
- Minimum of 1-2yrs experience in sales and marketing (experience in building materials, doors, or sanitary wares is a plus)
- Proven experience in sales and marketing (experience in building materials, doors, or sanitary wares is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Candidate must live in or around Sangotedo, Awoyaya, Eputu, Bogije and nearby areas.
