Overview

We are a dynamic communications company seeking a Business Growth Specialist

to support business growth through outbound sales efforts, marketing initiatives, and in-person brand representation. This role blends relationship-driven sales with hands-on marketing activities, including attending trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and comfortable representing the company both remotely and in person.

Key Responsibilities

Support sales growth by identifying and engaging prospective with clients

Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone calls, meetings, and networking opportunities

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Assist with planning, setup, and follow-up for events and conferences

Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and follow-up activity

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners

Provide regular updates and insights on market trends and lead activity

Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, or a related role preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable presenting and engaging with clients in person

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Willingness to travel for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings (air and/or car)

Experience with sales outreach and relationship development

Familiarity with marketing tools and digital communication channels

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Confident phone and in-person presence

Positive, professional, and results-oriented mindset

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55k-$65k, based on experience

Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
