Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce and Content Creation professional at ETTC, located in 6th of October. The primary responsibilities include managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms,
The creator is responsible for maintaining accurate and compelling content, coordinating with internal teams (brands, warehouse), and supporting digital sales channels. This role also contributes to internal operations experience optimization as well as reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Knowledge & Content Accuracy
- Ensure in-depth understanding of the full product portfolio, including tableware, seasonal novelties, and bestsellers.
- Apply data entry and content creation with a high level of accuracy:
- Correct product names, descriptions, codes, categories, and pricing.
- Accurate photo management (naming, drive organization, tagging).
- Eliminate content errors such as spelling mistakes, miscategorization, and incorrect SKUs.
2. Cross-Department Coordination
- Work closely with the Brand Management team to prepare for new arrivals and old items that need adjustment
- Liaise with the Warehouse team to get needed product information.
3. Product Management & Listings
- Create, maintain, and update product listings on ERP system.
- Monitor deactivation of discontinued SKUs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, IT, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2β4 years of experience in e-commerce or IT.
- Prior exposure to ERP system.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced, seasonal retail environment.
