- Role- Call Center Agent – Arabic Speaker
- Industry: Retail / Customer Service
- Location: Warehouse – Al Quoz, UAE
- Employment Type: Temporary Contract (3 Months)
- Salary: AED 5000
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
- Certification or training in customer service or call center operations is a plus
Experience
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Freshers may be considered based on communication and typing skills
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy (mandatory for chat support)
- Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to handle high call and chat volumes
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 6 days per week and during Ramadan timings
Principal Accountabilities
- Handle customer inquiries via voice calls and chat platforms
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
