Monday-Friday
- 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm (Perfect for someone wanting consistent evening hours.)
What You’ll Do
- Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages.
- Assist residents with questions and connect them with the right departments.
- Handle basic clerical tasks: sorting mail, filing, scheduling, preparing documents.
- Support customer service efforts by helping resolve simple concerns and relaying information.
- Maintain accurate resident directory updates.
- Assist with business office tasks such as petty cash, payments, and application distribution.
- Coordinate communication during emergencies or announcements.
- Collaborate with staff to keep a positive, resident-focused environment.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Friendly, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
