Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth
•Identify, approach, and onboard restaurants, cafés, and food brands
•Present and sell the company’s technology solutions (ordering systems, POS integrations, SaaS tools, etc.)
•Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → negotiation → closing
Partnerships
•Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
•Develop partnerships with F&B groups, aggregators, suppliers, and ecosystem partners
•Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings
Market Expansion
•Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the F&B sector
•Identify new growth opportunities, verticals, and locations
•Support go-to-market strategies for new products or features
Account Management
•Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to operations/support teams
•Maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive retention and upselling
•Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and tech teams
Reporting
•Track leads, deals, and pipeline using CRM tools
•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
•Prepare regular performance and market reports
Requirements
Must Have
•2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
•Experience in F&B, food tech, SaaS, or hospitality is a strong plus
•Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
•Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales
•Ability to understand and explain tech products in simple terms
Nice to Have
•Existing network in the restaurant or hospitality industry
•Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
•CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
