Client Care Specialist → Advisor Track (Remote/Office Option)

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional who wants more than an occupation—this is a long-term career path. The position begins with one year of hands-on administrative and client-service training, while simultaneously learn how to educate clients on disability and life insurance for physicians. We have an opportunity for the right candidate with a profitable marketplace.
This position offers the option to work remote or from the office with a supportive, high-performance team. By Year 2, the right person will transition into a client-facing advisor role with the opportunity to sell, grow their income, and build a long-term career. Client care responsibilities remain an essential part of the advisor role.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $25 Hour with Bonuses to start, commission based sales after 1st year plus hourly wage

Clear 2-Year Path: Admin → Advisor
- Year 1: Client Care Specialist
- Manage 20–30 cases, process applications and follow-ups, run quotes, and support advisors.
- Learn disability and life insurance for physicians.
- Year 2: Advisor Track
- Join client meetings, educate physicians, and take ownership of prospects and referrals.
- Begin building your own book of business, and continue providing high-quality client care to your growing clientele.

Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to retain and convey detailed information with ease.
- High integrity and ethical judgment; must pass a background check.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently.
- Willingness and ability to obtain necessary licensing/certifications, including passing the Life Insurance exam within the first year.
- Solid References (no family or friends).
