We are actively expanding our client base and building a strong business development team focused on outbound sales, relationship building, and long-term partnerships in the healthcare space.

The role

This is an outbound, phone-heavy business development role. You will spend a large portion of your day calling healthcare organizations, speaking with decision makers, and opening new business conversations.

This role is ideal for someone early in their B2B sales career who wants real exposure, real targets, and real accountability.

What you will do

  • Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to healthcare organizations
  • Prospect and engage hiring managers, clinic managers, directors, and operators
  • Qualify opportunities and book meetings for staffing partnerships
  • Consistently follow up via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Track daily activity, conversations, and outcomes against KPIs
  • Maintain clean CRM notes and pipeline updates
  • Learn and confidently present MediFlex’s healthcare staffing services

What we are looking for

  • 2–3+ years of B2B sales or outbound calling experience
  • Comfortable cold calling and handling objections
  • Strong verbal communication and confidence on the phone
  • Organized, disciplined, and KPI-driven
  • Experience in staffing, healthcare, or professional services is an asset
  • Coachable, resilient, and motivated by performance
