KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive new business by prospecting and engaging customers across British Columbia using a multi-channel outbound approach, including calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person meetings when required
β’ Qualify leads and understand customer communication and business needs
β’ Present VoIP solutions in a consultative, value-driven manner
β’ Schedule discovery calls and demos, or conduct them independently based on experience
β’ Follow up on quotes and proposals to close new business
β’ Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM
β’ Meet weekly activity targets and monthly revenue goals
β’ Collaborate with marketing and leadership on local sales initiatives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
β’ 1β3 years of sales, business development, or inside sales experience
β’ Experience in VoIP, telecom, SaaS, MSP, or IT services is an asset
β’ Comfortable making outbound sales calls and handling objections
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills
β’ Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
β’ Legally eligible to work in Canada

PREFERRED / NICE TO HAVE
β’ Experience selling to Canadian SMBs
β’ Understanding of cloud phone systems, SIP or UCaaS
β’ Prior experience working in a startup or small business environment
β’ Knowledge of the BC business landscape
