Commission Based | 20% per deal closed

Objective:

We are hiring a Business Development Associate who can handle the complete cycle:

Reach out → Pitch → Follow-up → Close deals → Build partnerships

Responsibilities (Lead Gen + Closing + Partnerships)

Find and reach out to colleges, institutes, startups, brands, recruiters & organizations

  • Do outreach via LinkedIn / WhatsApp / Calls / Email
  • Pitch CollegeXConnect and explain collaboration models clearly
  • Book meetings, handle follow-ups, and move leads through the pipeline
  • Negotiate terms & close partnership/deal successfully
  • Onboard partners and ensure smooth coordination after closing
  • Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business

Target Expectation

Minimum 10 partnerships/deals per month (performance-based)

Compensation

20% commission per deal closed
