Experience Level: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the AIDC industry, such as RFID, barcode scanners, or other data-capture solutions.

Position Description:

We are looking for a Sales Representative for India and South Asia.

As a Sales Representative, the primary responsibility is business development which includes management of key accounts and building new ones. This position will report to the Sales Manager of India. The candidate will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large customers, while being responsible for achieving sales target and meeting assigned strategic account objectives. The position will represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned territory, and lead the customer account planning cycle ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.

Functions/Responsibilities:

•Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

•Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including marketing, support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

•Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned territory.

•Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and customer base.

•Report and give feedback to sales manager and the company as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

•Background in sales, complex sales and consultative selling.

•Knowledge of IT, Technology, AIDC, POS, Barcodes, RFID and others.

•Availability to travel through India and APAC Region, travel up to 30% of the time.

•Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented, with the ability to operate independently in a remote-based setting.
