What You Will Be Doing

  • Solve complex technical issues that have defeated our advanced AI systems
  • Analyze patterns in escalated tickets to identify AI improvement opportunities
  • Contribute technical expertise to enhance AI capabilities across multiple enterprise products
  • Master new products rapidly to maintain exceptional resolution standards
  • Implement creative solutions for our most challenging customer problems

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Handling routine tickets that our AI can resolve—we’ve eliminated the mundane
  • Taking two months to get up to speed—you’ll be mastering multiple products within your first month
  • Relying on managers for solutions—self-sufficiency is non-negotiable
  • Working within a single product silo—your expertise will span across our diverse portfolio

Application Support Engineer Key Responsibilities

Seamlessly bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and complex technical challenges to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while continuously improving our AI systems.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support roles
  • Advanced generative AI proficiency beyond basic use cases (demonstrated ability to create automated workflows, develop custom GPTs, and integrate AI tools)
  • Exceptional self-learning capabilities with proven track record of mastering complex technical concepts independently
  • Current residence in North or South America

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
