Client Acquisition & Business Development Assistant (Real Estate & Mortgages)

I’m looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive professional to support my growing business in mortgages and real estate partnerships.

This role is results-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys research, communication, and setting high-quality meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Filter and organize data to identify potential clients
  • Contact real estate agents, developers, and partners to introduce our services
  • Book and manage qualified meetings directly on my calendar
  • Follow up with prospects professionally via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Maintain a clean pipeline of leads and meeting outcomes

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
  • Experience in lead generation, client outreach, or business development
  • Confident on the phone and professional with high-value clients
  • Organized, reliable, and results-driven
  • Experience in real estate, mortgages, banking, or financial services is a strong advantage
