Merchant Row is a Philadelphia-based sales and communications agency specialising in face-to-face B2B campaigns. We partner with T-Mobile, representing their business products and services to companies across the Philadelphia area. Our focus is simple: clear communication, strong relationships, and solutions that genuinely help businesses operate more effectively.

We’re now looking for a B2B Communications & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, explaining solutions clearly, and building trust through professional, in-person conversations.

This is not a remote role or call-centre position. It’s a client-facing, in-person B2B role.

About the Role

As a B2B Communications & Sales Representative, you’ll act as the link between T-Mobile’s business solutions and local companies. Your role is to communicate value clearly, understand business needs, and support the sales process through strong customer engagement.

You’ll be responsible for both communications and sales support β€” explaining products, answering questions, and helping businesses choose solutions that improve connectivity, efficiency, and day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Represent T-Mobile professionally as part of the Merchant Row team
  • Meet business owners and decision-makers face-to-face across Philadelphia
  • Communicate product features and benefits in a clear, confident, and engaging way
  • Ask questions to understand current telecom systems and challenges
  • Demonstrate business phone, mobility, and connectivity solutions
  • Support the sales process by guiding clients through options and next steps
  • Identify opportunities to recommend upgrades or additional services
  • Maintain accurate notes and records of client interactions
  • Work closely with senior sales and account management teams
