Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Business Development Manager to join a growing automotive team in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will manage a territory, support multiple auto body shop clients, and drive revenue growth for automotive products.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (travel required)
Work Setting: Remote when not on the road, traveling approximately 80% of the time
Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 base + commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with automotive installers, tint shops, and body shops within the assigned territory
- Drive sales of vinyl wrap, window tint, and related automotive products
- Travel throughout Southern California and out of state to meet with clients
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Execute a disciplined sales strategy, including prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management
- Utilize CRM systems to track opportunities, client interactions, and sales performance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless order fulfillment
- Negotiate and close deals with a focus on mutual benefit and long-term growth
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, territory performance, and growth opportunities
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed
- Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of automotive films, tinting, and related products
- Self-starter with a go-getter mentality and willingness to learn sales techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales or business development role is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
