About the Role:
- Drive new business development by prospecting, cold calling, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities for additional services, products, and new locations
- Create and execute strategic sales plans across your assigned territory and segment
- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, proposals, presentations, contracts, and renewals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support
- Collaborate with Operations and Support teams to scope projects, schedule services, and deliver client-specific requirements
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy and positioning
- Log all sales activity in Pipedrive CRM to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
- Meet and exceed KPIs and monthly targets for outreach, proposals, expansions, and renewals
- Partner with the Customer Support Manager to develop and renew existing accounts, ensuring retention and growth
- Travel up to 50% to meet with clients and partners
About You:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within real estate, construction, or mission-critical services
- Strong track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs
- Skilled in cold calling, discovery, and closing complex deals
- Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities
- Strong communicator—comfortable engaging clients across all levels
- Tech-savvy with expertise in CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred), Office 365, SharePoint
- Knowledge of client systems such as Corrigo, Procore, or Ariba is a plus
- Driven, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, high-performance environment
