Job Description

  • Role- Call Center Agent – Arabic Speaker
  • Industry: Retail / Customer Service
  • Location: Warehouse – Al Quoz, UAE
  • Employment Type: Temporary Contract (3 Months)
  • Salary: AED 5000

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
  • Certification or training in customer service or call center operations is a plus

Experience

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Freshers may be considered based on communication and typing skills

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good typing speed and accuracy (mandatory for chat support)
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to handle high call and chat volumes
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center systems
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work 6 days per week and during Ramadan timings

Principal Accountabilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via voice calls and chat platforms
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and services
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
