We are currently hiring Sales & Client Engagement Specialists who are fluent in English, Hindi, German, French, Malay, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, or Arabic to support our growing international operations.

Job Description:

As a Sales & Client Engagement Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Managing inbound and outbound calls (conversion and retention-focused call center)

Guiding clients through account opening, usage, and closure in a clear and professional manner

Supporting customers during the investment process and ensuring compliance with legal regulations

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with international clients

Responding to inquiries via phone, email, or live chat

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with accurate and timely support

Monitoring client accounts and keeping customer data up to date

Requirements:

Fluency in at least one of the following languages:

English, Hindi-Urdu, German, French, Malay, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

No prior experience required

Currently residing in Istanbul with a valid residence permit
