Commission-Based Outreach Specialist (Remote)

Job Overview

We’re hiring a commission-based Outreach Specialist to help bring in new clients by connecting with primary care doctors and eye doctors (ophthalmologists). Our mission is to support people struggling with vision loss or mental health challenges.

Your Role

• Reach out to primary care and eye doctors to share information about our services

• Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers

• Encourage referrals for patients needing vision or mental health support

• Track outreach efforts and referrals

Compensation

• Commission-based (biweekly): you’ll earn a percentage for each new client referral

• In addition to, Potential earning range: $25+ per hour (based on performance), with no cap on earnings 

Ideal Candidate

• Friendly, professional communicator

• Comfortable contacting medical offices

• Self-motivated and reliable

• Experience in healthcare, outreach, or marketing is a plus
