Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Commission Sales Associate. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Associate will actively engage with potential customers, provide tailored service recommendations, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales objectives while representing the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and customer relationship management skills, with an ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, data center services, or digital asset optimization is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities to articulate solutions to potential clients effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related technology.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote, dynamic team environment.
- High level of organization, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
