Role Overview
The selected candidate will support the Corporate Communication Senior Manager by producing content, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing creative assistance.
She will contribute to ongoing corporate campaigns, develop social media content, draft written communications, and act as a direct operational assistant within the department.
Key Responsibilities
Support in developing written and visual content for corporate communication channels.
Assist in preparing social media posts, captions, and campaign materials.
Coordinate with internal departments for content gathering, approvals, and scheduling.
Maintain filing, documentation, and records for communications and media assets.
Assist in drafting official internal announcements, event coverage text, and project highlights.
Support during on-site content production sessions (filming, photography, interviews).
Handle day-to-day administrative assistance for the Corporate Communication Manager.
Manage calendar movement, correspondence follow-up, meeting notes, and task tracking.
Assist in presentations, reports, and communication summaries when required.
Attend the company’s Events and Exhibitions when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong command of English and Arabic writing, editing, and social media language.
Creative personality with a foundation in content creation, media, or communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Adobe CC tools.
