Contracting Engineer (Client & Business Growth Focus)

Company Description

We are seeking a proactive Contracting Engineer with a strong focus on client management and business growth. This role is responsible for building trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional projects, and supporting the expansion of our engineering services while ensuring high-quality contract delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Identify opportunities for additional work, variations, and new projects
• Conduct business development activities, including proposals and scope development
• Manage engineering contracts and ensure client expectations are met
• Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Experience in client-facing engineering or contracting roles
• Strong commercial awareness and business development mindset
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of engineering contracts and project delivery
