Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Copier Field Service Engineer. The role involves conducting on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of office equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, providing technical support to resolve issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and delivering excellent customer service. The engineer will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for office equipment
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to address client concerns effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
- Previous experience with office equipment maintenance is highly desirable
- Technical certifications or an associate’s degree in a related field would be an advantage
