Key Responsibilities
Handle customer and client inquiries professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Coordinate with candidates and internal recruitment teams
Provide accurate information about recruitment services
Maintain records, follow up on requests, and ensure high customer satisfaction
Support daily administrative and customer service operations
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the UAE
Experience In Recruitment Or HR Agencies Is Highly Preferred
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
