Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Specialist located in Lekki. The role involves interacting with patients to provide exceptional customer support, and ensure a positive experience during their visits. Responsibilities include addressing patient inquiries, resolving complaints, managing appointment scheduling, and maintaining professional communication in person and through phone conversations. Additionally, the role supports administrative tasks associated with efficient front-office operations.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong understanding and application of Customer Experience management
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and professional communication abilities
- Ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using office tools and scheduling software
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus
- Prior experience in healthcare or an eye care setting is an advantage
