Data Analytics Specialist – Remote Dc

Our law firm client is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to turn complex information into actionable business intelligence. In this role, you’ll collaborate across departments to design reports, dashboards, and metrics that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Design and develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI or Tableau
• Maintain data models, queries, and scripts for reporting accuracy and scalability
• Apply data warehouse and ETL best practices to ensure reliable, consistent data sources
• Ensure data integrity while performing extraction, analysis, and advanced analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data management
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization platform (Power BI or Tableau)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and warehousing concepts
• Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
• Proven problem-solving, time management, and decision-making abilities
• High integrity and discretion with confidential information
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $61,000 – $117,000 (based on experience and location)
