Role Description
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Intoactβs digital presence across all platforms.β¨ This role focuses on implementation, coordination, and consistency, working closely with the Digital Marketing Executive and Senior team members.
The Coordinator will handle the content calendar on all platforms, daily stories, website updates, digital assets (eBooks and guides), community management, social media content planning and execution, and email newsletters.β¨
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build real digital marketing experience and grow inside a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Website
- Prepare and manage the monthly social media calendar based on the approved strategy.
- Generate content ideas and develop scripts ready for shooting and execution.
- Schedule and publish content across: Instagram (posts, reels, stories), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Support Stories content for Intoact and related brands.
- Use existing materials and videos to create and edit videos for social media using CapCut on any other video editing tool.
- Ensure content consistency in branding, tone, and posting frequency.
- Update and maintain website content on WordPress (pages, blogs, landing pages).
- Coordinate simple website updates and follow up with developers or designers when needed.
- Repurpose social media content and create digital ebooks for the website such as eBooks, guides, and downloadable assets (layout, formatting, publishing).
- Social Media & Content Coordination
Community Management
- Manage day-to-day community interactions: Reply to comments, Respond to messages, Route leads and important inquiries to the team.
- Maintain a professional and responsive online presence.
Email Marketing
- Prepare and send:
- Weekly tip newsletters for existing clients and students.
- Monthly newsletters for new audiences and leads.
- Coordinate content, layout, scheduling, and basic list management.
- Support email consistency and cleanliness of databases.
Content & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with designer and the internal team for visuals and assets.
- Organize content files, calendars, and shared folders.
- Support campaign execution by ensuring all content is ready and published on time.
Tracking & Follow-Up
- Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, email opens).
- Share simple weekly or monthly updates with the team.
- Flag issues, delays, or improvement opportunities proactively.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Canva (social posts, carousels, simple eBooks, visual layouts).
- Ability to edit short-form videos using CapCut (Reels, TikTok, basic subtitles and cuts).
- Strong interest in AI tools and willingness to use them for:
- Content support
- Idea generation
- Productivity and workflow optimization
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content formats.
- Comfortable working with content calendars and deadlines.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Good written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Curious mindset, fast learner, and open to feedback.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Basic experience with WordPress.
- Interest in online education, digital courses, or training brands.
- Exposure to eBooks, guides, or educational content.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and audience journeys.
