Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for servicing digital and walk-in clients in the financial sector, advising on financial products, fees, risks, and offers, while identifying sales opportunities, generating new business, and meeting all client requirements to support company growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

β€’ Client Support

Provide service to existing clients and acquire new customers by organizing daily work schedules for telesales and walk-in clients.

β€’ Inquiry Handling

Respond to all customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media, and digital platforms.

β€’ Sales Closing:

Close sales through direct communication with interested customers and achieve monthly targets and KPIs.

β€’ Follow-up:

Conduct daily follow-ups with existing and targeted clients, offering personalized sales consultations.

β€’ CRM Management:

Utilize digital sales tools and CRM systems to manage relationships and measure performance.

β€’ Product Promotion:

Contact existing clients to promote new products and analyze client volumes to focus telesales.

β€’ Reporting:

Prepare and submit activity and performance reports, including daily call reports and weekly work plans.

β€’ Market Monitoring:

Monitor market and competitor trends to support sales strategy and recommendations.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce or related field.
  • +1 year of relevant experience.

Required Skills:

  • High level of Arabic and English both written and oral
  • Knowledge of financial investments
  • High level of communication skills
  • Expert in Microsoft Office such as PowerPoint and Excel

Specialized Knowledge and Certificates:

  • Holds General Securities Qualification Certificate (CME-1)
