Daily main duties entail but not limited too: Fielding incoming and outgoing calls. We are looking for motivated administrative help that would have an interest in helping our small business grow by answering inbound calls to schedule new customers, make outgoing calls, assisting in dispatch. Assist the Office Manager Providing assistance to Plumbers/Helpers etc. Maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers as well as interline companies. Assist with Data Entry, Billing & Filing.
Qualifications
Skillful in Microsoft Office Programs
Good keyboarding skills
Has worked in a fast paced environment and has excellent attention to detail
Experience with handling a high volume of phone calls
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
