Role: Class Action Associate – Handling Complex Employment Disputes

• Support the management of class action cases from start to finish by conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and assisting with depositions and trial preparation.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing case updates, and resolving case-related issues.

• Perform in-depth legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other essential legal documents.

• Participate in all aspects of the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and preparing for depositions.

• Court Representation: Advocate for clients during court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
