Location: Fully Remote – Work from Anywhere in California (Must be Californian barred)

Position: Employment Law Associate

Salary: Up to $180,000

Experience Required: 1+ years in employment litigation

🧑 The Role:

• Handle a variety of employment litigation matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage & hour, and harassment claims

• Collaborate closely with lead attorneys on case strategy, litigation milestones, and client communications

• Draft legal documents, manage discovery, and take depositions

• Engage in rapid response matters and workplace investigations

• Strategically manage and drive cases forward with autonomy and support

Salary & Perks:

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in employment litigation

• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Self-motivated with strong time management skills

• Admitted to practice law in California
