The Opportunity: A technical consulting/sales support role focused on the intersection of Industrial Design and high-efficiency Thermal Recapture projects.
Compensation: $25,000 per project sold (commission-based). This role offers unlimited earning potential for high-performing, self-starting individuals.
The Work: You will manage the technical closing phase of projects, specifically:
-Reviewing and verifying client data collected through the TESS proprietary in-app platform.
-Ensuring data is accurately processed for technical viability and cost modeling.
+Completing templated documents, including the Proposal, Purchase Agreement, and Cost Benefit Analysis.
Skills Required:
-Entrepreneurial Drive: Must be a self-starter who can quickly translate technical data into tangible client value.
-Strong comprehension of Industrial Design for system integration and implementation.
-Expertise in Thermal Recapture principles (Waste Heat Recovery, Heat Exchangers, Thermodynamics).
Familiarity with TESS Energy’s focus areas (Industrial, Data Centers, Commercial) and technologies (e.g., Novacab).
Key Deliverable: Turn verified technical data into professionally presented, sales-ready documents to secure project contracts.
