Entry Level Sales Assistant

The Role
As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you’ll represent a nationally recognised client across in-store promotions, pop-up events, and retail activations throughout Greater Vancouver. Your focus will be engaging customers, explaining products and services clearly, and contributing to campaign performance through positive, professional interactions.
This is a practical, face-to-face role — no desk work and no cold calling. You’ll receive full training and ongoing coaching to help you develop strong communication skills and commercial awareness from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with customers in retail and event environments
- Learning how to present products and services confidently
- Creating positive, professional customer interactions
- Working toward daily and weekly performance goals
- Supporting team activity and campaign delivery
- Assisting with basic setup, presentation, and breakdown of promotional areas
- Taking part in coaching sessions and team development workshops
